What do we do?
We use the world's leading EMS technology to assist in personal training. Our 20 minute workouts are equivalent to a few hours in the gym, focusing on building lean muscle and boosting metabolism in the process.
Our workouts are tailored to your current abilities, range of movement and any injuries you might be working through to provide the most effective results that align with what you're hoping to achieve. Whether it strength, balance, weight loss or just feeling better overall we've got the solution for you.
Our studio is a friendly zone with no more than two people training at a time, so taking a step in the door is all you need to worry about, we'll guide you through the rest.
Oh, and if you're unsure if you're up for it.. we should let you know our oldest active member is 92 years old and loves it! Check out our testimonials or simply call us to find out more.
